We are excited to announce auditions for our upcoming Fall musical, Grease: School Edition!

Participating in the school production is a fantastic way to build confidence, try something new, and work together with your peers to create a memorable performance.

If you are interested in auditioning, please contact Dr. Smolinski to request the below audition materials and review them carefully before the audition on Wednesday, September 2, from 2:30-5:00 p.m. Callbacks will be held Thursday, September 3, from 2:30-5:00 p.m.

• Tentative Rehearsal Calendar: Outlines expected commitment and rehearsal dates.
• Audition Form: Must be completed and submitted prior to your audition.
• Script Excerpts & Sheet Music: Provided to help you prepare your audition material.

Audition Requirements:

To ensure you perform your best, please come prepared for all three components of the audition process:

• Singing: Select a song from the attached sheet music and learn approximately 30 to 60 seconds of the piece to perform.
• Acting: Review the attached script excerpts and be ready to read selected scenes.
• Dancing: Wear comfortable clothing and footwear that allows you to move freely, as you will learn and perform a short dance routine.

Taking time to practice your song and read through the script beforehand will help you feel prepared and confident on audition day. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the rehearsal requirements, If a student is participating in a fall sport, they should not audition for the musical.
