Academic Year Meeting Schedule

All meetings are generally held on the first Monday of every school month at 7:00pm unless noted otherwise. The Executive Board will meet in an executive session at 6:30. All meetings are open to the student body. At the end of every student government run meeting, there will be an opportunity for members of the administration, faculty, or students to speak. Each person will be given two minutes to speak depending on how many members of the public are present to speak. This part of the meeting usually occurs at the end and it is called “open forum” or “public comment.”

Reminder: All monthly meetings are mandatory! Please come a few minutes early for attendance. If you cannot attend a meeting then you must e-mail peter.downhour@amityschools.org and let Mr. Downhour know.
