Amity Board of Education's Statement - DEI Efforts

At the March 10, 2025, Board of Education meeting, community members shared differing perspectives regarding Amity Regional School District No. 5’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. In light of these discussions, our Board Chair has provided an official statement to offer clarity. Amity remains committed to our values of nurturing a community that respects differences, ensures equitable access to resources, and promotes a sense of belonging for all learners.
