AMSB PTSO

AMSB PTSO is organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children at AMSB by fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. We strive to show the students that in a world where you can be anything- always be kind!

About the PTSO

Hello Parents,

The first thing we want you to know about AMSB PTSO is that you and your student(s), as well as the faculty and staff of AMSB are all members! There are no dues. AMSB PTSO Board generally asks for business and/or family sponsorships for the Annual Color Fun Run, gift cards for a pep rally, for volunteers at event set up or to pass out food and ask for food donations throughout the year, food donations are approximately once a month, in a normal year!

PTBoard is AMSB PTSO's communication tool. It is the tool you will sign up to bring a food donations, help out at the Color Run, buy a ticket, or take a survey. You can refer to calendar for any important dates and even order your Amity Wear on PTboard.

You will only sign up once and log in thereafter, even if you don't sign up, you will receive emails.

We would like to ask you to edit your family information in the PTBoard Student Directory. Please goto: Student Directory in the left margin, and click the tab: My Student. Click edit and add information for your child and family. I found the directory helpful as we are expanding our community to two towns, and making new lifetime friendships.

PTBoard is not the official school correspondence, you will want to rely on Dr. Tracy's weekly news blast email, and we will duplicate the most important info.

Lastly, please see our list of things that you can be a part of, throughout the year. We know life is busy, so we always like to give the option to make a monetary contribution towards everything we do, as we know participating in person, can be difficult.
