The Amity Regional School District #5 Board of Education has reopened the search for a new superintendent as Dr. John Brady will be retiring this June after several years of exemplary leadership.  The Board has asked the CT Association of Boards of Education (CABE) to again assist with the facilitation of the search.  Much of the information gathered last spring will be used to prepare vacancy notices, inform candidates and advertise.  The vacancy has been posted with an application deadline of March 10, 2013. Updates about the search will be posted on the Superintendent’s Search link on the Amity website.   Dr. Jacqueline Jacoby, CABE Senior Search Consultant will be working closely with the Amity Board.
