This is my 17th year in the Amity system.  Before coming to Amity I spent 10 years as a teacher/naturalist for the Connecticut Audubon Society in Glastonbury and Fairfield, and the Bushy Hill Nature Center in Ivoryton, CT,  where I was the first director of the nature center. (much to my distress, they just recently celebrated their 27th anniversary!)

I went to school at Fairfield University, where I graduated with a B.S. in Biology and an M.A. in Environmental Education.  In 2000 I received my 6th year degree from Southern CT State Univ. with a degree as a Secondary Science Specialist!

I love to read, and go to the movies.  My favorite television show is Monk.
